PAYMENT

Making a purchase could not be easier – just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy and pop them into the shopping basket. You will be asked for a few simple details that we need to be able to satisfy your purchase.

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. The international currency conversion is completed at point of purchase.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

Bank transfers are also accepted for international payments. In order to pay by bank transfer, please contact Client Services by email [email protected] or +44 (0) 1334 230 009. Please note, the processing of a bank transfer can take up to 6 business days, and garments are only dispatched once funds have cleared. Orders placed for delivery within the UK and Europe will include standard rate VAT within the price.

Our website uses an SSL encryption system to protect all personal and payment data.


NON EU TAXES

If you purchase any products from outside the European Union, you may have to pay customs charges, import duties and taxes, levied specific to your location, when the product reaches you these additional import duties / taxes must be met by you.

If you are in any doubt as to what these charges entail, then you are advised to contact the customs office in the relevant country, and they can advise you on specific local information on their customs duties.

For international postage we are required to declare the contents and value of the package, so please be aware if you are purchasing as item as a gift.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been prepared we will send an email confirming when it is being despatched and when it will be delivered.

Bruach Cashmere offer complimentary world-wide delivery. However, there may be restrictions for delivery to remote islands / world-wide locations, where in certain cases additional costs may be incurred.

In the UK our courier will notify you on the morning of delivery of a one hour time slot when your order will be with you. Our couriers provide several options for you to manage your delivery.

Outside the UK we provide the facility for you to track your parcel.

The safe delivery of our goods is of the utmost importance to us. We personally wrap each item extremely carefully to ensure that your purchase arrives in pristine condition. All our parcels require a signature on arrival, ensuring safety, efficiency and security.

If your purchase is to be a gift, please contact us. We can include a gift message and send any paperwork directly to you if you prefer. However, for an international delivery we are legally obliged to declare the contents and value of the package for customs duties.

PACKAGING

Our protective boxes have been designed using natural fibres and the earthy tones of the presentation box compliment the packaging’s environmental credentials, and wrapped carefully in acid free tissue, your garment is packed by us to reach you in perfect condition.

The elegant, yet simple, packaging has been created to meet our sustainability mission. The packaging is made from 100% recycled fibre, 100% bleach free with no chlorine used, which is kinder to environment and the yarn. The paper mill within which it has been created works under ISO140001 environmental management policies.

The presentation box has been carefully sized to transport your garment securely, but we have also to reduce the size of delivery to avoid excess packaging.

e wanted to reduce the use of any adhesives in the creation of our gift boxes, chose to use staples, which can be easily removed and allow recycling of the box, and the tissue, as part of your household waste. However, once you have received your garment, we would encourage you to reuse the beautifully crafted box.

Your garment is wrapped in un-buffed, acid free tissue, which is pH-neutral.

CARE

Cashmere is an amazing fibre, one of the world’s finest. The characteristics produce a super soft, breathable, durable and strong yet delicate yarn. The cashmere fibre is collected on farms in China and Mongolia by combing out the super fine undercoat from the goats.

Don’t avoid washing your garment, but make sure it is done correctly by having it professionally cleaned, either professionally hand washed or dry-cleaned. Never tumble dry a cashmere garment.

Overtime the fine cashmere fibres may create balls or pilling on the surface. The small pills can be easily removed carefully and gently by hand or by using a cashmere comb. This careful care and storage for the wrap should result in the long life and the enhanced feel and texture as the wrap softens.

However, once we receive an order for a bespoke piece, like all our work, and it is made especially for you, returns are not possible.
